  I would never recommend this clinic to anyone especially cats owners. My purebred cat was prescribed the wrong dose of antibiotic- 15 days instead of recommended 3-5. We actually question the dose, and were reassured that it was appropriate. By the day 9 my cat got really ill. I stopped antibiotic and took the cat back for recheck. The cat was given fluids and sent back home. Two hours later he developed bloody hourly stools. I called the clinic back, and the receptionist Nancy told me that we had to take the cat to U Penn " because they wrote the whole book on cats" ! All my requests to talk to a vet were declined. Basically we were refused care on Saturday evening.My cat spent two days in Hope hospital emergency, and required two more visits to regular vet for special diet, fluids, and vitamins. Altogether post- West Chester care cost us around $1300. We though we could loose our great friend. The West Chester practice manager called me. I asked him to return the money for our two last visits to his hospital, because of harmful care provided. He said that he will look into the case, and I have never heard back from him. Remember this people did not write and apparently read any books on cats. Don't go there!

  had to take my dog of 16 years here for her last vet trip. the staff is caring and compassionate. couldnt have asked for more. thank you for making this as comfortable as you could for me and athena. and thanks to your client sevices associate faith for doing a wonderful job
