  I usually don't write reviews but in this situation, I see it as a public service announcement. No matter what the reason for making your appointment, you will leave with an appointment for a Colonoscopy. They will not take no for an answer. Let me explain. The good: The prep nurse is straight forward and honest. The bad: The doc refused to treatment me even prior to examining me. He instead took the time to push me to schedule a Colonoscopy. I am of age. (Ok I get it -now back to why I am here) It was obvious the Doc wasn't listening to my concerns...too focused on the upsell. Abv conv... Doc: Tell me about your diet. Me: I eat spinach and eggs every day for lunch. Doc: What about fiber? Me:... I eat spinach and egg whites for lunch. Doc: I mean fiber? Eggs is not fiber. Do you eat broccoli? Me:?? ..About a pound of spinach a day. Doc: You need a Colonoscopy! I will treat you when you get the Colonoscopy. See the girl out front. Left then left again. The girl at the desk already knows, no matter what... you are booking a Colonoscopy. Push #2. Me: I'll think about it. (I honestly feel like they were not listening. I def wasnt treated for the reason of my visit.) Her:.... wait for a Scheduler. He will explain... (Hard close #3) I was then escorted to the scheduler. He pushed and pushed. I asked about the cost. He said: Obamacare mandates all insurance companies pay 100% of the Colonoscopy. (I felt like I was at a car dealership not a doctor's office) Now it all makes sense. No matter what, this office see you as a dollar sign. While there the doc handed me a list of foods rich in fiber. Funny... one of those foods... SPINACH! You're a number here.. not a patient. I will not be going back. I hope you have a better experience.
