- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A year ago, after waiting 50 minutes in the waiting room, I was finally called to the patient room. Then, I sat for 20 minutes in a paper gown and nothing else to be seen by her. When she finally came to my room, she had no excuse for her lateness other than "sometimes this happens." Then today, at my arrival at the desk, I was told that she was an hour behind schedule. AGAIN? When I asked why no one called me to stop me from coming in, the office manager said they are too busy to make calls.March 31, 2017by Margo Raube
